Experience

Kristen has over 15 years of administrative and customer relations experience in Florida. She has gained her knowledge from being employed at large corporate offices as well as small private businesses. Her previous work practices have provided her with the knowledge in many areas such as customer service, payroll, receivables and payables, inventory control and office management among other general administrative knowledge and experience. Kristen has also been a Notary Public of Florida since 2009.

Responsibilities

Since joining the JM Real Estate team Kristen has progressed to becoming a Property Manager of 13 properties including Condo Owner Associations. She continues to provide solutions to all tenants and owners of any maintenance issues that occur while acting as the liaison between the tenants and property owners. She arranges for qualified vendors to provide services requested at each property she manages. Kristen is also responsible for the account payables and receivables for all of the properties she is the manager of. Kristen makes frequent visits to the properties and tenants to make sure she is aware of any issues that need to be addressed. Kristen, along with the entire JM Real Estate team continues to work on turning our office into a "Green" office allowing us to become a paperless environment.

Hobbies

Outside of work Kristen and her husband of eight years enjoy the company of their two Jack Russells. They have fun taking them out for walks in the trails around their home. They often get together with friends and family for cook-outs, beach trips and motorcycle riding, taking advantage of the wonderful amenities Florida has to offer.
