JM Real Estate Promotes Rob Solito from Broker Associate to Vice President & Broker

MELBOURNE, FLA. ― May 21, 2021 — Christina Alletto, president of JM Real Estate, Inc., and chief people officer with Tzadik Properties, LLC, is pleased to announce that Rob Solito has been promoted to vice president and broker at JM Real Estate, Inc. Jewel McDonald, the company founder and broker since its inception, will continue her relationship with JM Real Estate, Inc. as a broker associate and mentor. JM Real Estate, Inc. is a full-service commercial property management, leasing and sales company based in Brevard County, Florida.

Solito joined JM Real Estate, Inc. in July 2020 as broker associate and commercial real estate manager. As vice president and broker, Rob will review all transactions that are being processed, assist and advise associate brokers and sales associates, manage the profit and loss and budget review, mediate disagreements between agents and customers, participate in local and state organization activities, lead monthly sales meetings, and more.

A resident of Palm Bay, FL, Solito has a business and leadership background. During the past 25 years, his leadership roles have included serving as general manager for Fortune 500 company TruGreen/ServiceMaster, launching a national franchise for America’s Swimming Pool Company, and serving as division service manager for the international brand Mettler-Toledo Inc.

Independently Rob owned an investment firm specializing in renovating single and multi-family housing as well as commercial buildings. The company was also involved in the financing of many development projects. Rob was also the proprietor of a residential and commercial subcontracting company. Rob was responsible for the full P&L for each company as well as their budgeting and growth. Meeting and exceeding company projections is Rob’s legacy.
