Chad brings nearly 30 years of construction experience into the real estate field. You will not find an agent more qualified with the knowledge of commercial buildings and land development. Chad’s substantial experience includes site development and redevelopment of industrial, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, colleges, SCIF’s, medical, retail, restaurants, and office.

Chad is a Brevard County Native and he is proud of it! He has traveled all over the world but says there is no better place to live than here on the Space Coast. Chad brings his hometown pride into his work with his in-depth area knowledge and community involvement.

Prior to joining JM Real Estate, Chad served as President and owner of Chesapeake Construction. Chad is a second-generation general contractor. In 2007 Chad took over the design build firm his father founded in 1987. Chad’s construction career has mostly involved working hand in hand with developers and commercial real estate brokers creating budgets for design-build new construction, tenant improvements and proformas necessary for real estate development.
