Kim brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to her role as a property manager. 

Her background includes all areas of commercial management from tenant relations, landlord representation, vendor communication, fiscal responsibilities, and day-to-day operations. 

Kim has a strong focus on communication and customer service.  Her proactive approach and ability to focus and prioritize tasks enable her to perform her duties efficiently and effectively.

Kim relocated to Florida from Maryland with her Golden Labrador and together they are enjoying the sun and beaches of Florida life.
