As Controller, Liya will ensure financial reports are presented to our owners accurately, timely and with all necessary details. Her role includes daily accounting of payables and receivables, accurate tenant invoicing and receivables, income reporting and expense reconciliation. Liya has a focus on streamlining the processes and internal controls, providing a level of comfort in the financials prepared for our owners.
