Rob has a business and leadership background with expansive experience over the last 25 years. His leadership roles have included Fortune 500 company TruGreen/ServiceMaster as a General Manager, a National Franchise location launch for America’s Swimming Pool Company and he was Division Service Manager for an International Brand, Mettler-Toledo Inc.

Independently Rob owned an investment firm specializing in renovating single and multi-family housing as well as commercial buildings. The company was also involved in the financing of many development projects. Rob was also the proprietor of a residential and commercial subcontracting company. Rob was responsible for the full P&L for each company as well as their budgeting and growth. Meeting and exceeding company projections is Rob’s legacy.

Rob brings his Business Leadership and Real Estate Development & Investment experiences together in his role as the Broker / Commercial Real Estate Manager for JM Real Estate. Rob has guided principals through their real estate endeavors, with an understanding of their perspectives, creating winning outcomes and lasting relationships.
