Scott graduated from Slippery Rock University in the early eighties and dove right into property management starting as a General Mall Manager Trainee for Edward J. DeBartolo.  Scott managed enclosed malls through the Eighties and continued into the Nineties with a 15-year run for enclosed malls. The next step for Scott was managing Lifestyle Centers. Over the years Scott managed lifestyle centers such as Village at Sandhill in Columbia, SC, Village at Leesburg in Leesburg, VA and The Avenue Viera, Viera, FL.

Scott continued to manage lifestyle centers for about 10 years or until he took on third party property management and became a seasoned regional property manager, with a focus on delivering top-tier services in the dynamic Florida commercial real estate landscape. Scott’s expertise is overseeing retail buildouts & Capital Projects and ensuring operational excellence with tenant satisfaction.

Scott’s skill set encompasses customer relations, new business development, and the strategic application of technology in property maintenance. Scott’s professional journey is marked by a commitment to quality and a keen understanding of the market’s intricacies. 

Scott’s role with JM includes Property Management and Marketing, along with Customer Relations and General Administration for our Management Contracts.  His experience and personality make Scott a “Jack of All Trades” for our office, providing support to all aspects of our daily operations.

Scott resides in Melbourne, is married and has children and grandchildren living within the Space Coast area.  

Scott enjoys golf and landscaping around his house.

Scott is a true Cleveland sports fan, he grew up in a suburb of Cleveland called Bay Village.
