Overview
Shannon has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She began her career in accounts payable roles and graduated into general accountant roles over the years. Shannon has done accounting in several industries including manufacturing, medical, aerospace, non-profit and real estate. Throughout her career, Shannon’s accounting experience has included bank reconciliations, financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivables and year-end preparation and adjustment entries for tax purposes. Shannon is detail oriented, organized, focused and fully accountable for all results and output.
Responsibilities
Shannon is responsible for all aspects of accounting for multiple property owners and condo associations. Her duties include daily accounting and processing of payables, receivables, expense and bank reconciliations, monthly financial reports, and general ledger entries for her assigned properties. Shannon is focused on providing timely and accurate results to owners and tenants.
Fun Facts
Shannon grew up in New England. She relocated to Melbourne with her husband and son from Laconia, New Hampshire in June of 2020. They are all enjoying the warm sunshine and beaches instead of the icy frozen climate they came from. No more shoveling snow for this girl! Fishing, snorkeling and swimming are now what Shannon and her family enjoy.
