Professional Background:

Wendy comes from a military family and has resided in Brevard County since 1999.  She began her real estate career working for a builder where she developed extensive experience with project management, property management and working with Non-Profits.

Wendy then moved on to contract work with HUD where she successfully fulfilled contract work by remodeling and selling 400 homes within nine states.

Under the Farmworkers Housing Recovery Program and Special Housing and Development Program, Wendy successfully wrote and was award over 4.3 million dollars in grant funds from the State of Florida.  

She was also one of founders of Trust Federal Credit Union and held the Compliance Officer position.  Wendy was instrumental in the successful sale of said business.

Throughout the years Wendy has accomplished many goals working with professionals in the real estate industry from a diverse range of divisions.  She draws upon that experience daily in her role with JM Real Estate as a Commercial Leasing and Sales Agent.
