Courtney serves as a Commercial Real Estate Agent for JM Real Estate. She specializes in sales and leasing of retail, land, industrial, office, and multi-family properties on the Space Coast.
Prior to joining JM Real Estate, Courtney was with SVN/Creviston Realty in Atlanta, GA, where she focused on sales of raw land for redevelopment purposes such as single family, multifamily, and medical office space. Courtney also has experience selling industrial land and buildings, as well as leasing large business office spaces.
Courtney previously worked in residential real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty in Big Sky, Montana. She was a member of the sales team for Big Sky Vacation Rentals after almost three years with Forbes Five Star and Relais Chateaux’s The Ranch at Rock Creek during her time in Montana.
Courtney’s diverse real estate background makes her a valued asset for her clients.
Courtney is also a Property Manager for JM Real Estate. She handles the day-to-day operations for our management contracts.
