Gigi serves as a Property Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for the JM Real Estate Team. 

Her Property Management role is focused on the daily operations and reporting for each property she manages.  Gigi’s interactions with Tenants, Landlords and Vendors allow for smooth daily operations and timely reporting.

Gigi’s role as Maintenance Coordinator specializes in work order tracking along with Landlord/Tenant/Vendor communications for ongoing projects.  She works closely with the Property Managers to coordinate and execute maintenance requests for all JM managed properties.  She is dedicated to implementing strategies for providing the best service and support to all.

Constant communication, tracking, and reporting are key elements to both roles Gigi serves.  Gigi is committed to growing her skills and knowledge and looks forward to a long career in Commercial Real Estate!

Gigi moved to Florida in 2020 and she loves living in our beautiful state she now calls home.
