Role & Responsibilities
Provide strategic corporate landlord representation for office, retail, industrial, and land assets
Lead comprehensive asset management initiatives to enhance NOI, occupancy, and long-term asset value
Conduct market analysis to guide site selection and location strategy for regional and national clients
Advise ownership groups on repositioning, lease structuring, and value-creation strategies
Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with ownership investment goals
Negotiate leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions on behalf of landlords and corporate clients
Oversee portfolio performance benchmarking, financial analysis, and market positioning
Coordinate due diligence, underwriting review, and transaction execution from LOI to occupancy
Manage tenant retention strategies and lease-up campaigns
Support capital improvement planning and redevelopment opportunities
Deliver corporate services support for multi-market and national portfolio clients
Provide disciplined, process-driven transaction management from analysis through site delivery
