As a Broker Associate, Nicole works with commercial landlords and tenants as well as commercial real estate buyers and sellers. Nicole has represented a diverse range of retail, industrial, and office users. One of the things Nicole enjoys most about commercial real estate is the variety of connections she makes. Working in retail, office and industrial opens a nearly endless array of business types she has connected with.
Nicole is also the Marketing Director for JM Real Estate. As the Marketing Director Nicole’s responsibilities include creating property flyers, taking professional photos for all JM Real Estate listings and maintaining listings on LoopNet/CoStar, the JM Real Estate website, CREXi, and more. Nicole’s focus is to showcase each property in its best light and to achieve maximum exposure for all of JM’s listings.
