Nicole Reed has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and possesses skills in a variety of areas including sales, leasing, marketing, property management, home renovations and real estate photography.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Licensed Commercial Agent, Nicole works with commercial landlords and tenants as well as commercial real estate buyers and sellers. Nicole has represented a diverse range of retail, industrial, and office users. One of the things Nicole enjoys most about commercial real estate is the variety of connections she makes. Working in retail, office and industrial opens a nearly endless array of business types she has connected with.

Nicole is also the Marketing Director for JM Real Estate. As the Marketing Director Nicole’s responsibilities include creating property flyers, taking professional photos for all JM Real Estate listings and maintaining listings on LoopNet/CoStar, the JM Real Estate website, CREXi, and more. Nicole’s focus is to showcase each property in its best light and to achieve maximum exposure for all of JM’s listings.

She also handles some office administration and contributes to various property management aspects of JM’s daily operations.

Nicole, along with the entire JM Real Estate team, continues to work on turning our office into a “Green” office allowing us to become a paperless environment.


Nicole & her husband relocated to Florida in 2015 and are enjoying the Florida sunshine and beaches. Nicole likes being outdoors and has a butterfly garden in her yard. She also enjoys traveling and has been to numerous islands in the Caribbean.
