Shey is a Licensed Commercial Agent and is a Space Coast native with a strong passion for our area. She is incredibly interested in the tech community that thrives along our Space Coast.

Shey has almost a decade of experience in asset management for investor portfolios. She began her real estate career at an early age and has a strong eye for detail. Her wide range of real estate experience includes sales, marketing, property management and renovations.

Shey has been involved with Groundswell Startups – a high-tech startup incubator that is home to a variety of tech and defense companies. She is a champion for community growth and her knowledge of the area is a valued resource for her clients.

Shey is also a Property Manager for JM Real Estate.  She handles the day-to-day operations for our management contracts.  Shey communicates with Tenants and Vendors, reports to our Landlords, and takes a proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver efficient and effective management.
