Overview:
Terry is a Commercial Sales Associate specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout the Brevard County Region and has been a licensee since 1986. He holds the designation of Graduate of Realtor’s Institute (GRI) and the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Terry has served as director for the Board of Realtors and President of the Commercial Division for the Melbourne, Florida Area Association of Realtors. He was also the President of the Brevard Real Estate Exchange Group and President of the Florida Real Estate Exchange Group.
Terry is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Associates of Science Degree in Computer Science. He took a position in 1996 with Acorn Group, Inc., a real estate firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana and continued the position until his retirement in 2017. While in Indiana, he was involved in numerous community groups including Kiwanis International, Rotary Club, and Buffet Charity Organization. He also served as Vice President and President of the Indiana Real Estate Exchangers and was awarded the Indiana Realtor Exchanger of the year.
Since moving back to Florida, Terry has continued to provide solutions to his clients and expanding his 35+ years of real estate experience. His top priorities are integrity, honesty, and customer service.
